I was taught by my instructor to push down on the handlebars a bit so the bike looks like it is diving and braking harder than it really is for the emergency stop (the brakes on a CG are awesome compared to the ones my russian 125 had). The examiner is looking at the front of your bike, a lot of fork dive=hard braking from where they are looking. You've got to do it subtly though Wink

You done any lessons or are you just trying the test? If not, do a couple of lessons, they will teach you the test route and show you what the examiner is expecting to see.

Surely the best styling mod you could do would be to pass your test and get rid of the L plates - would look far better than any annodised bits. I reckon the weight loss would add a few extra BHP too. Smile
