Wasn't he the guy who caused the change in the law allowing double jeopardy when very limited cases where new and compelling evidence comes to light.

If I remember correctly he admitted killing his wife after being found not guilty.

That hardly applies when its recorded on camera. What possible new evidence could they possibly present that will show he killed the guy more than that video?

It also requires going to the appeal courts to get the case quashed so they can retry it. With no new evidence this isnt going to happen.
