feeling sick

I visited a friend yesterday, and her kid came home from school feeling sick. I woke up today and I do too. I went for a wander into town to get some bread, thinking the fresh air would make me feel better...but I dont...

I dont know what to do to make myself feel better....

Whenever I felt sick as a kid my Mum would give me a ginger biscuit, ginger tea ect. That always helped. Other than that, just try doing things to take your mind off it, watch a film or something you can enjoy without moving around too much, and try drinking some water.

If you've caught a sick bug, there's not really much you can do expect try to ease it as best you can. Hope you feel better soon!

I cured it by eating loads of bisodol, eating toast and marmite, and drinking some Dr Pepper. Then I went out to a party and got drunk. So now I have a bad tummy but brought on my drinking too much brandy last night!!!

Now Im sticking to a mainly fluid diet until later!

Eating lime is supposed to make you feel better.

When I had a stomach ache and was puking all over the place, I was given half a lime to eat. I ate it and felt better.

Maybe it helps to neutralize the contents of the stomach.
