Well the CBR has gone, she'd done me well, she'd taken me round cadwell quicker than I'd ever been before (most noticeably quicker than Jay12329!), got me to and from work and she could teach me no more, just so happened it was giving me shit with the electrics as well so I sold the twat!

So anyway, with it gone it was time to shop for another bike (which is might I add, fucking annoying). I originally started looking for a cheap hack, around the £500 mark, something that would get me through winter hassle free. Then I started looking for a cheap off road type bike for winter fun, then a Bandit 6 which would get me through winter and I could maybe learn to wheelie it in spring, then I came across this...

A 1990 FZR1000, in shockingly good condition for it's age with a (98) R1 style paintjob. At only £1500 how could I ever say no! Very Happy

You wouldn't believe how much time I spent on ebay looking at EVERY bike for sale, if you spot anything you like, hope it doesn't get any bids then offer them less than the starting bid was. I did see a bandit 600 as well which looked ok but wasn't T&T, I was offered that for £625 which wasn't bad.

Just set yourself a spending limit and offer people that, I went over my limit by £50 but it was worth it.
