Heya

A few months back, about 5 months.. I got pulled over for having no L plates on, I got a £60 and 3 points, or so they said.

I paid the £60 but didnt give in my licence. Ive just had a letter with a check inside it saying that they are giving my money back, the letter says that they are reviewing my case thing, and may ask for the money back again..

Anyone had this before? What do you reckon will happen, surely its pretty dumb to give my money back if they think they got a good case against me..?

As you have failed to hand in your license it reverts to a court hearing as long as they lay papers within 6 months. Don't party yet.

Dont do a wheelie in front of a traffic copper... it gets you 3pts and £220 fine.
