Another law to be passed!

I was chatting to my Driving instructor today and he told me they are trying to pass a new law.

The law is that cats will be banned from being outside after 11pm!

Now how are they going to enforce this? And why?

They have this law in parts of Australia. Cat curfew. If a cat is going about outside after a certain time, they shoot it. They have equipped members of the army with .22 rifles for this express purpose.

Makes more sense over there though. They are trying to protect the indigineous marsupials from cat predation.
