How do you bleed the cooling system on a 125NSR.

I really need to buy a workshop manual? Is the Honda one any good. I thought they didn't do one!!

Hi

To bleed the cooling system just try squeezing the rubber hoses to push the air bubbles out. The water filler is the highest part of the cooling system and it should bleed through easily

Ask Chills about a workshop manual. It is pretty good, but the advantage of the Haynes one is they tell you the ways to do jobs without official Honda tools

All the best

Hi

The NS125 manual is not going to be any real use for the NSR. They are very different engines

All the best

Did they do a Haynes manual for the 89-92 NSRs? I.e. the RK/RL/RM etc.?

If they did.. how can I get a hold of one?

Cheers for your help! :)
