Okay for all you southern boys n girls, being able to go to Boxhill and chelsea bridge etc, but does anyone know of any bike meets a bit further North. (ie any where near Sheffield or somewhere)
I know of a regular bike night at Sherburn (between Doncaster and York) but I would like to know of more.

I think this summer (august bank holiday I think) I will be going to Cadwell to watch a bit of racing. Anyone else fancy it?

Hi

Best off buy a copy of MCN and have a look at the Whats On section.

In Sheffield you are fairly close to Matlock, as well as the Cat & Fiddle (Buxton to Macclesfield road)

All the best

Keith

Yeah theres a few up North way. Nottingham way (near my humble abode Smile ) theres the Cat n Fiddle as Keith mentioned, also the Wild Ox in Six Hills Leicestershire, I used to go quite a lot, not been this year yet though, altho straight up an A road......A47 rings a bell.

All us people from Doncaster, Leicester, Nottingahm, Rotherham, etc are meeting up sometime in the summer anyway aren't we???

Yeah it's a good meet aparently, although the local villages put wet grass all over the roads last year because bikers were wheelying etc at about 70mph with loud cans on. One guy fell off a gsxr 750 so be warned.....

If we are going to meet somewhere then get a proper location with all the information we could possibley need (for us thick folk) and a link to the place on multimap. Then we might all have a better chance of finding it.
