Hi,
I've been with NTL for a few years now & upgraded to 1mb last year, i've just checked on there website & they now don't do a 1mb offer just 2mb, 4mb & 10mb so wondering if i was automatically upgraded to 2mb.
I took some speed tests as i don't know how to work it out. 
Download 1901 / 187 (Kbps)
Upload (232 / 22.9 KB/sec)

Yup!
My 2Mb line was upgraded to 4Mb. Didn't notice a difference in performance, so reduced my package back to 2Mb and saved myself £6 a month.

Thanks guys, good news i spose but NTL could at least of told me, i don't even notice a diffrence really. |
