does any1 no who polishes frames in the london are or if i can do it mayself with my dremil machiney thingy??

the way i did it....

detail sander all over the frame to take the powder coating off, with, rough then medium then fine paper.

then get loads of wet and dry sandpaper, rough medium and fine, then go over the whole frame again working from rough to fine, then get a polishing kit and go over it with the stuff they give u, then get some AutoSol and go over the whole frame with a nice bit of elbow greese Very Happy

ta daaa, one polished frame.

p.s. i ripped everything off the frame before i started polishing, ie: engine, electrics, forks, wheels... u get the idea Smile

with a dremmal ull need ten of them i burnt out three new drills doing my frame alone i just kept going until they burnt out the when the job was finished i brought the drill back ...took ages though

i will try zims method and let u no how i get on


as for the wheels, i was told by a guy with a zxr750, that i can use paint stipper (in liquid form) to polich the wheels, it takes of the black paint and makes it chrome, will try tat tomorow, takes 3hrs tho but looks class!!
