i have a brand new nsr125r and had it 3weeks now but the front brake is very spongey you have to pull it at least a qauter in for it starts to snatch
do you think it might need bleading again or just wearing in thanks for your help taz

mines the same.....I bled mine about a week ago and it's better than it was, but still not as good as most bikes I have had.

It probably needs bleeding, but it could be the pipe. Old rubber brake hoses expand under pressure, hence giving that spongey feeling.

Ive just put goodridge steel braideds on mine and its loads better.

For goodridge hoses with stainless steel fittings(which I would suggest) about £30 each.
