I would also say no, but again am unsure... I doubt many bikes would be imported restricted, unless they were Japanese or Australian...

My RS125 was fully de-restricted as an Italian Import, sure they all are.

However if you do get one make sure the headlight is directed the right way! Laughing

all depends if the previous owner restricted it really
