About 2-3 hours for the exhaust,
upto 1 hr for the intake plate.
take your time with it M8 and make sure you have a lot of drill bits,
also a file.

I took my time with it what can i say.
also i had many brews and fags during the delicate operation.
as well as going to and from the hardware shop for drill bits.
Never done it before so i wanted to make sure i did it properly.
quite a pleasent experience if you take your time,no rushing or panicking,
on a Sunny Sunday morning.
I could do the lot in about an hour or two now, cause i know what i am doing.

it'd prob take me about 1.5 hours for the exhaust and about 30mins on the carb. exhaust is easier if you've no mechanical knowlege but if you're not scared of taking things apart and putting them back together the carb is VERY easy to do. you can't really go wrong.
amd as for a file, why? just get a metal grinding bit. it'll wear the drill bearings out a bit quick so make sure you use an old one! i can't imaging doing it using a file, how long would it take!
