Probably not a good thing.

I have a sneaky suspicion that it probably made some quite loud noises before he took it out the bike.

I take it the crank is different on the 750 and the 600 that you've got? Different throw?

How's it going Nik, guessing you've given up on the engine for the time being now you've got your new monster?

As appealing as it is to build up an engine from nothing, bottom end work is damned expensive (bet a brand new crank is about £500?). Probably best to break the engine and flog selected parts on eBay.

Yup already got a buyer for the heads n barrels for £200

My flatmate a 600 Monster and wants to do this, I think he should get another bike. It breaks allllllllllllll the time Mr. Green
