Having partially digested blood in your poo is a sign of a peptic ulcer, but it should be noticeable. I wouldn't worry about the dark poo thing though, it's probably the Oreos and the transit of stuff from end to end is anything from 10 hours to 10 days. At least you're not shitting like you've got a firehose full of gravy.

I had a mate who shit blood, was not good
he shit himself on his moped going to college and just turned around went home and called his doctor! lmao SML (shit myself laughing) He said it was the worst smell he had ever made!

He wont tell me what the doctor did to him.. But he told me that it invovled ice and a rubber glove, ermmm! That was due to an infection somewhere!
