Stop being such a girl and just be proud of your farts Thumbs Up

A tip that I've seen is to lay on your back with a lit candle or lighter near your ringer. The flame of the candle cause a low pressure which will draw the high pressure wind from your gut and expel it unspectaculary into the atmosphere.

I am pretty sure eating bananas causes you to have a lot of farts. Well, they do for me. Laughing

Give it a try, it should allow the farts to fly out with ease.

I also hope you still have not got the trapped wind problem, because if you have, then I would expect spontaneous human combustion to happen at any second. Laughing

Stand up stright with your hands in the air and bend down keeping your legs streight. Its pushes the wind through the intestines Thumbs Up

Edit: repeat about 10 times, up and down. etc should clear it up.

Yeah, but do it when nobody is around or they will just burst out with laughter. Or even worse they will film you doing it and play it when your friends come round. Laughing
