What is this and how do I go about doing it? Does it make a big difference to BHP?

Basically it means means polishing the insides of your intake/exhaust ports, gettind rid of any imperfections and smoothing them out. It improves air flow through the cylinder.

Not a great increase, improves low power down as far I know. Better used as part if a major tune, ie along with blueprinting, gas flowing etc...

To do it, send it to a pro. Big bucks!!
