The Bill Webster Memorial Trophy

I'm trying to find out some history about my grandfather. I once went to a race at (I think) Oulton Park when I was a small kid and one of the races was for the Bill Webster Memorial Trophy.

I'm interested to hear if anyone knows anything at all about this trophy. I gather it is still awarded to this day, but I have no idea if it is at Oulton Park or what category of bike it's awarded for.

Any information would really help.
