Planning on driving to France on holiday this year so I’m looking for some useful information from anyone that’s done something similar (bike or car). I hate flying so thought it would be a better option to drive abroad and see maybe France, German, Italy etc over the 2 weeks and spend a few nights in different places.

Only thing is, I’ve never driven abroad and I don’t speak many foreign languages so if anyone has done it before and can recommend any good places to visit, go, stay, eat etc then fire away. We also don’t mind camping a few nights here and there along the way.

I haven’t got any planned route set out so I’m open to suggestions.

Ta.

If you're looking at motorcycle friendly hotels I did come across this site https://www.tourenhotel.de/. It's German so you may need to run the URLs through google translator - click here. Gives results like this one.
