We got a new kitten and its soooooooo cute!

Hello:D,
Just had to share the happiness and joy our new lil kitten has brought us all, especially as we rescued her Dance!

The story goes that my mum was sat in work all day yesterday and could hear a cat meowing. After hearing it, she decided to go an look out of pure curiosity. As she look there she found sat in the bush she found all alone and abandoned a tiny winy gorgeous kitten . My mum felt so sorry for it she just had to get it some drink Then she decided she couldn't leave it and so went to the blue cross. They kindly gave us a carrier, towels and a litter tray. So my mum got the kitten and brought her home. Its great! We all adore her and keep giving her loads of attention, and she seems to just love it! She seems really healthy and clean but were taking her to the vet later to check her over. I got some pics and shes so tiny and adorable, its really brought all our family close together. Her meowing is so nice, but its like once you leave her she wants you straight back cos shes lonely!! It s given me such a warm feeling inside and i hope this post puts a lil smile on your face also.Its really made my week! Very Happy

You should give her a special name, something that has a meaning seens she's a lucky little girl!

Has your mum tried to track down the original owners? It looks like it was the cat's first time out and it got a bit lost.

As for a name, if it's definitely a she then I'd suggest sodie after jimmy the idiot boy's girlfriend

Well we been to the vets. And its all so far seems to be ok, she was unfortunately quite infested with fleas but he said that was bound to be. He has now sorted that and said she probably hasnt been in the house long enough to spread them. The vet absolutley adored her also and she is loving the attention.
He told us that shes about 6-7weeks old and that the are feisty lil things wen they start to grow. Were going back in a couple of weeks for vaccinations. And we have decided to call her 'Lily'.
This was for two reasons, mainly that the box we rescued her in had Lily written on the top. And secondly we also thought of lily allen who a bit of a tough un' lol and up for a fight lol. (well sorta).
I been playing with a piece of string for about half hour with Lily and its so much fun! Thanks for all your replies peeps made me feel even more happy sharing the joy.
Phantomtek...did actually quite like your suggestion Thumbs Up

my gran rescued a cat from an alleyway, was about 2 at time, now is about5, but don't know any history of her, often wondered if she had kitty's...

must miss her old family, but with the love we give her, she well happy(i think/hope)!
