Recommend doing the intake restrictor asap, gives a much smoother power delivery and higher maximum speed

Yeah, its true. Zim practically had the tank off in 5 mins and had the plate off soon after. Very Happy I was impressed at his enthusiasm at dismantling things.....shame it didn't stretch to re-assembly! Laughing Seriously though, it didn't look that hard, though Zim knew what he was doing.
As for the exhaust restrictor, what a fucker! Evil or Very Mad I tried for about 3 hours to get the bloody thing out at home...got bored....hammered it back in. Months later, at Korns, realised it had fallen into the expansion chamber Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad . Though, once we'd shaken the exhaust about a bit, it only needed a slight tug to pull it out. Very Happy Korn let me borrow his sledgehammer to vent my fury on the bastard restrictor thingy.
Alls well that ends well Very Happy

Hi
Four questions for you kris:-
1. does that mean it was easy or hard
2. do you have to change anything in the carb
3. what are the results when you do it,
4. Can you pull wheelies on you NSR if so do u dump the clutch or dip the power and crank it back really quickly

Cheers

Luke
