Yup my bike is playing up, damnit!

Was riding it before noticing a occasional misfire where it would kinda die but come bak again? say when i was sitting in traffic.
Had it in bits all weekend, checked all the carb, jets, floats etc,
Put new spark plug in it and plug cap thingy,

Strange thing now is it sumtimes starts and ticks over fine. othertimes it wont start at all then sum times it starts but dont tick over!

I took it out for a ride when it when i got it going once, it was fine at low revs but when i gave the throttle sum stick it didnt like it at all, it would reach high revs but very unsmoothly as if it wernt firng rite?!!

Any1 got any ideas on my essay?!!?

sounds just like the problem i've been having with slight variations in details, i'd say get it to a garage.

It's had me baffled for ages my bikes booked in the garage for thursday

Knowing my luck it'll be something stupid like a wire not connected home right (checked and i cant see any) or something. It's just my luck that sorta thing will happen.

I had the same problem on my nsr125rk, took the plug out & mixture looked weak (could lead to a holed piston ) so i checked the carb settings, i eventually found out that the choke had siezed on slightly inside the carb so l left it in the off position on the bar control as it would not unjam it & pulled the end of the choke cable leading into the carb as tight as i could to pull it on & sprayed tuns of WD40 in worked it a few minutes & put it back in. Back to normal 90mph & ticks over
