That was the sound of me when I realised that the roundabout that I was taking at about 40 suddenly tightened up and I was heading for the curb!! Shocked

One pant colour changing moment and a heave on the bars later my toe touched down and I was round. Woo!

My hornet 250 riding mate bottled it though, took the exit instead of carrying on around. Wuss!!! Twisted Evil

Was that a local island? I did somehting similar today going down the road to Bewdley from Bridgenorth trying to go round corners at the same speed as the GSXR1000 in front of me...Oooops. Found myself going round at 55, fine until it tightened up and I couldn't pull the bike anymore, drifted onto the wrong side of the road opened my eyes and saw a dirty great van!!! Ahhhhh, I forgot to even try to break -couldn't tell you where I found that extra from but somehow I got round the corner and am still alive, Marvellous fun!

i did that today lol, went out with my fried (on an er-5) and his dad (on a zx9r) we got to a round about and i took both of them on the out side 8) but ouupppss two fast to make it round the exits cos the round abouts a tight right and are exit is a tight left.

i found my self all out of position and thought do i??
a-brake
b-accelerate
c-chuck it over some more.

well any way i chucked it over and mad the corner and i was scrapping my footpeg on the deck hehe

Hi

If it is the roundabout I think you mean it is on a slight slope, so as you go round it the camber changes dramatically.

All the best
