2007 r1 vs 1098s comparison(italian mag)

feel free to flame/cry, i prefer facts but anyway
some interesting stuff of note, the ducati succeeded in beating the r1 around the track, but the suspension(ohlins all round) would easily make up more than the difference, so a similar spec r1 would not have lost
the lap times were
1'34.358 for r1
1'34.353 for 1098s
wildly optimistic dyno figures 157cv? vs 175
r1 beats it in roll ons, besides 60-100kmh, despite havin the one of the weaker inline 4 litre sportsbike engine down low and midrange(improved this year but though)
r1 beats it by 1.2 seconds to 180kmh(112mph)
