todays progress

just finised for today fail at the last hurdle bang head bang head

all together guess what teh ht load wont go onto the spark plug up yours borg spared i have have the type witg no screw on cap and my sparkplug has got a built in cap bang head bang head

progress haled for today


things done

new piton rings and top end new carb internals (slide needle and all jets)
de cooked the exhaust
new reed block and reeds
flushed the 2 stroke bottle and petrol tank
run a magnet thru the bottom end ( got 2 small bits of pitson ring out)
got 3 bits of shrapnel out of the expansionchamber
changed front disk caliper and brakes (and fitted braided hose)
fitted new clutch (filed down groves in basket) and fitted new oil and gasket
lubed the chain
changed back pads


Thats all i can rememer for now

hopefully all well she will be running tomorrow morning after i catch a bus AGAIN to get a new spark plug cap






and worse of all droped my fuckign camera ina pudle

now the bottom end wont turn so i beleive i need to split the bottom end
bloody bikes

now to split the bottom end and order all new bearings
