hey,

not sure if anyone can help me but i replaced the air filter in my bandit last week, and since its had the new one in it runs as if its about to run out of petrol all the time.. so i was gonna put the old one back in an see if it runs like it normally does but the old filter has been sat in a damp shed all week... is it ok to just put straight back in? the bike is restricted to 33bhp, so i thought that mite be the reason it doesnt like a new filter even tho it was the same type etc. any help appreciated thanks Very Happy

If it was the proper filter then I'd be looking more for a trapped vacuum/breather hose when you put the tank back on. Take the tank off and check the hoses are all routed right, not kinked or trapped.
