Lol, all my photos are on myspace (link below) I'm waiting for someone to come along and offer me free photoshoots... or maybe someone actually pay me one day because these are bloody expensive to have done!

Good news! I lost another 2lb over the past week. Now standing at 13 stone 3! Will be below 13 stone soon I reckon!

Total loss since Christmas = 12lbs! Very Happy

Hmm, so I have been dieting for about a month now, and weekly weigh-ins have shown that I have only lost a grand total of 2 pounds.

I've been swimming three times a week, and am eating very sensibly, yet I don't seem to be getting anywhere! Rolling Eyes

Like I said in another thread, be prepared for it not to happen overnight.

Once your body goes into ketonic stage, your body will dispense of fat much more quickly. This process may only start after 8 weeks of exercise. Thumbs Up

I'm 18, 5' 11'' and 15st reasonable fat/muscle ratio and I struggle to rep 60kgs twice on the bench.

100kgs sounds more reasonable for a dead lift, still a little bit high.

A 100kg bench press aint that hard after a while Wink I used to dead lift and shrug >160kg, sounds pants, but looks cool with the bar packed with plates and starting to bend.
