Insurance Advice

Hey

I finally got a result from my Insurance problems. The thread where it started is here https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=102562&highlight=

I spoke to a chap at 1st Quote this morning who was very helpful and accepected that 1st Quote was at fault for the situation. aparently as 1st quote had been sold and the policies sold off i some how managed to simply go missing in the system.

anyway by means of compensation he has offered £50.00 to make up for the seven months spent making 3hours worth of calls and sending various letters etc...

do you guys think i would be best to take the offer or hang in for a little while longer and get a few extra pounds from them
