I have a Shark helmet, and looking around the instructions came about one of these (see attached pic)

on the back it says to be used legally on french territory these stickers muct be applied at these locations,

I'm wondering if anybody else has done this? ,

In a Recent south port run a bunch of guys on ZZ600+VFR750s had helmets all stickered up like this, which I thought odd at the time , but then noticed this .

Ie has anybody ridden in France sans these stickers and been stopped by the cops or anything? , I wouldn't mind but it looks awful on my helmet patterns.

Any thoughts?

Who cares, aslong as you got your passport and bike V5, MOT and tax and of course a licence then no french cop is going to care. Stop being so anal about the preperation of your trip and just do it.

I live in France and I brought my helmet with me from the UK, without these stickers, and I've never been stopped or had any issue with it. Where I chain my bike up is right outside of a cop shop so they see me leave for work every morning, never said anything Thumbs Up

... My old helmet was a roof which I bought out here, it came with those shitty stickers on it from new. Same with all lids here.
