Stevo, where do you live? Dudley isn't that bad.....ish....

If it is as bad tomorrow as it is tody then there won't be much point in going, most of the people who go to the Wheel don't like to get their bikes wet (posers - Viper... Wink ) so it'll be dead. If its a bit nicer then I shall definately make the effort.

Dudley aint that bad? well ill just be thankful that i live nowwhere near there, put it that way! If i go to the wheel then id be coming up the A442 to Bridgenorth that way, unless i go through Stourbridge. If it is crap weather then ill probably be busy anyways, but if its ok (i.e Mainly dry) then ill come. Is it still Tue nights that people meet at Bassets? as i wanna check it out one week, when i got time.

After the response my bike got, I thought I should be seen on it in public as little as possible. (especially around other bikers) and Ann said it was too windy.

Sorry if you were expectin us mate, we should arrange it better next time?

Cya round

Hi

Dont worry about riding a slower bike. Plenty of people started on even slower bikes. My first bike was a Honda H100S, which did (officially) 58mph. I lived in Northern Ireland at the time, and insurance on a 125 was silly.

Was a bit windy though

All the best

Hi Keith, was that your smart looking J reg, silver/red Bimota i saw at the wheel last night? I went despite having got soaked at work all day, and having a bad eye, only to find that no one seemed to be there. I couldent see Dodmasters or Annabellas bike there, and i didnt see any of my m8's either. I was late getting there, cos i stopped in Kidderminster to help a guy pick up his bike, which he had dropped on the approach to a roundabout. Poor bloke. I checked the distance last night and its about 30 mile dead on, for me, to the Wheel. so much for all those all weather riders eh? Maybe next time a few more people will turn up?

Hi

Yes that was my bike, parked up fairly close to the pub. I got there fairly early and was the 3rd one there. Not many people there at all (too windy for them?). Just started to rain on me as I went past Newport on the way home

All the best

Keith

Hmmmmm, I confess - a fair weather rider! Didn't fancy getting blown around, plus Dodd messaged me and said he wasn't going, couldn;t persuade anyone else to leave their warm houses, plus I was shattered....Sorry guys!

30 miles isn't that far at all, Thats about the same distance from mine to Bassets. Hopefully I should be going up there on Tuesday....Depends how tired/ill I am after Silverstone!!! HHHEeeeeeeee leaving tomorrow at 7am! Woooohoooo, I'm goin to get blowed away!

And DOdd!!!! PLEASE don't stoip coming out, everyone gets their bike slated on the first outing. I promise I wont do it again...Guides Honour!
