Wireless help!!

I need some help concerning the wireless internet on me laptop.
BAsically it worked fine when i set up the broadband with the bt homehub and worked fine for 5-6 months.
All i had to do was press the wireless buttona nd it would search and connect to my hub.

Now when i pres it it doesnt even search for any networks, let alone connect to mine. Even on the wireless options menu it doesnt find any.

The bt home hub is working fine and the light to show the wireless connection is on full, which in the manual says its working fine and dandy.

Does anyone know how to get it to work again? As im sick of having to sit 2m away from the hub.

Oh and im not the most knowledgeable person about computers lol
