I've been quoted £423 TFPT (at 18) from Quoteline 125. I mean't to post the number a while ago but I forgot. Here it is:

0870 444 6125

It said in the ad that they're 125 specialists- and its loads chaper than any other quote I've had (But thats not on an NSR).

Pretty much the only way is to ring *alot* of companies... I rung about 30 for insurance my zx, I kept details of who quoted me what on my site (then follow the ZX6r insurance link). However different companies will be able do different quotes for different people (even where you live in the country) so there's no one insure taht you can say are 'the cheapest'.

You wont believe this, I am from Ireland and my insurance is up in June and to re-insure it will cost me a sickning 4700 euro fully comp and 3500 TP and thats the same for everbody in ireland under 21. The insurance company said to me they want 125 sport bikes off the road and they will be in a few months. 5 of my friends NSRs are parked up in there garages, and they are impossible to sell cos of the insurance.

I paid £480 for mine, third party only which i thought was wank, thats at 17 with 1 years no claims.
You think bikes are bad to insure my Rover 220 Turbo Mk3 is gonna cost a bald mans hairdo short of 2 grand third party only.

Im thinking of setting up my own insurance company, must be more profitable than being a student. They are all price fixing tossers, and they get to shag fit secretaries all day..... Probably.
