Basically i binned the cbr aaaaaaaaaages ago and bent in the main subframe at the front that the mirrors bolt onto.
But i havent the foggiest idea what its called. Ive tried a lot of names, but i could really do with the vernacular for it, ie the one thats going to be most commonly listed (eg switchgear) as id like to have it ordered in before i go home... It will be nice to have a lhs mirror again.
If you are having trouble visualising it, its the black frame that the fairing rests on. And the mirrors are bolted onto it (sandwiching the top of the fairing and screen inbetween).
Its this model cbr by the way;

Just incase you needed clarifying. I would get a picture of the offending frame but im about 250 miles away and my parents are about as useful as anne franks drumkit when it comes to technology.
Thanks in advice.

From September 2014 to January/February 2015 I will not be using any English, nor reading any. As such, I won't be on here. PM at will, but I won't be checking/posting unless in emergencies. Certainly not for the first couple of months. Please berate me savagely if I break that rule... |
