Have a read. I don't really have any views either way on what the guy did or that he posted it on you-tube. Incidentally, I live in this area, I regularly get upto, oh, atleast 60mph on that stretch of dual carriageway by St Germains... Ummm

Unless the rider turned the video on himself while riding I can't see how the police can prove he has broken the law. They may be able to prove he posted the video, though.
