Speed camera MOTs?

There was something I saw on a news stand about speed cameras needing re-certification every year and nearly 55% of them turned out to have something thatwould make it fail ,

I've not seen anything of it meantioned on BCF maybe on VD , but VD I don't look at so often.

Anybody any more info? ,

and no , I haven't been caught by a camera either.

Yeah i saw/ heard that too. It was 55% were wrong just in Hertfordshire!!!

Oh, and in MCN today there is a report of a court case where the owner of a company that supplies speed cameras and which the partnerships are desperate enough to use as an "expert witness" has admitted in court that they can give false readings.
