Yes there is a small payment from each click, however it's strictly against Google's terms of service to 'encourage' people to click them, see here for info.

Google do look through and see if a lot of clicks are coming from the same IP address and in certain cases that can lead to the account being banned entirely, which would be a very bad thing.

In other words, I'm 99.999% sure Korn wouldn't want you clicking the ads unless you are actually interested in them.
