Get the WD40 out and douse your ignition circuit with it. Take the plug cap off and get it in there too. Give it a bit more choke, try not to touch the throttle and keep on trying.

Wet electrics/ knackered plugs are the usual suspects just now, unless your battery is frazzled.

Reiju's will short to the rad if theres a problem with the spark plug or ht lead, may have got wet in the stupid rain we've had, try drying of the spark plug and cap then cover in vaseline to stop it happening again.

If its not that then like people have said, chek the ignition loom and make sure that isnt wet, and just give it some choke and no throttle on start,

good luck, tc
