Well the original honda indicators use a 10w 12v bulb but my mini indicators had a 23w 12v bulb. I put one set on the back first and they were ok but flashed slightly faster and the noise from the realy was deafining! But once i fitted the front the indicators they just went on but never flashed so i changes the bulbs for slightly smaller watts, this worked but the indicators were not that bright. So i new i had to get a new realy but where from u told me! i bought a 21w 12v realy which does the job with the 23w bulbs, so this means they flash nice and bright! Hope you have some luck with what ive just told you! just try using a smaller watt bulb it should work then but wont be that bright! Good luck if you can understand all that!

Annabella, I have done the same as you, but I stuck the 23W's in the back cos they're a bit brighter, and I don't want people running into the back of me lol, at least if they don't see you indicating you can do something about it if they're in front of you!!

The 5W relays are sufficiently bright. I can't put low power ones in the front because they're coloured halogen ones.

hah! you can try, but you'll never have indicators as good as the ones that i had when my battery died.... they changed speed depending on the revs... oh, the fun we had trying to match them at traffic lights to the excessively loud car music eminating from the rude boys sitting next to us in a ford escort..... Twisted Evil
