Well firstly i think it would be safe to say i have the most unreliable bike in the UK. The latest of the problems is a crunching/whirring noise coming from my final drive casing on my 2001 Yamaha Aerox 50cc (l/c). I have noticed my bike is struggling to lift as if it is holding itself back off the line, and on the over run there is a crunching/whirring noise coming from where the belt/clutch/variator is. I really need some help on this please as i need the bike to get to work. Any help much appreiciated.
Cheers
Tam

What's the belt like? Have you changed the rollers recently?

Hi, Rollers have not been changed recently but have been took out and cleaned, carbon/oil on them and put back in. Belt is quite tight but not overly tight. Belt was new around 1000 miles ago.
Cheers
