Try sitting on the bike, have it in 1st or 2nd and gently roll the bike back and forwards just trying to push it into neutral. Should work fine.

I have tried that and still no look and sometimes even with the clutch in the bike will still be in gear, have checked cables and they seem ok, changed gear box oil and new chain, sprockets and battery as was told it could be the battery.

What you are describing is caused by the clutch not entirely disengaging. Things to check:

Correct cable adjustment
Correct oil level
correct type of oil
bike has been stood unused a long time. We were discussing this on here the other day and it seems tying the clutch lever back overnight can work wonders.

But definitely nothing to do with the battery. I'd love to hear the theory behind that Smile

will go and tie the clutch leaver back overnight,i have checked the cabels and oil they are fine, was told the clutch has a sensor, that if bike is in gear it will not start, when bike is moving it is fine,,the problem starts when i stop
will try the above with the cabel and get back to you 2m to let you know if its worked Thumbs Up

yes you have a neutral switch , which work with the stand .
if you stand is up you can start in gear if you press your clutch handle , but you cannot do it if your stand is down
the problem described with the clutch happens only when engine if hot or all the time ?
if you switch engine off , do you frind easily the neutral ?
have you a problem changing 1rst to 2nd ?
with these symptoms you have a problem with the gearbox forks (1,2,3) or with the 2nd gear pinions (4,6)

when you want to stop , if engine is reving you find the neutral , dont you ?
if engine is stopped , you cannot find it , do you ?
in this case move slightly the bike with your right foot trying to get the neutral with your left foot . if you succeed this is a pinion which get stock (may be damaged or a washer gone)
i reconize that it has been a recurent problem on this bike . generaly minor problem , the problem is serious when your 2nd gear is hard to engage .
