NSR feeling and sounding wierd - paranoid

Ok maybe im worrying about nothing, but The bike feels different, its got like a ticking noise which wasnt there before, and i can feel it more so when i use the back brake, i feel it through my foot.
The bike also seemed to become a little unsteady on my way to work today, as in the handling was a bit wierd but i took both my hands off the bar to see if the bearings were ok, an it was ok apart from it slightly wanting to go to the right. is this just me or is there anything i should check to make me feel better....thankyou

Hold the swing arm on the right hand side with your left hand at the point
where the tyre is then pull the wheel with your right hand to the left and
the right to find out if the bearing is gone.

it's not a big job changing bearings and not very costly . bearings are 6003 & 6203 and choose bearings waterproof on both side (6003UU and 6203UU)
