Drill them out if the threads are fooked.

Usually they vibrate themselves out. Why do you want them off anyway??

Just for Jamie "The Stokester" Stokes:

The big plastic thing on the back is the heel compression cup thing.

under the lining in side there could be a nut on the back of it.
if not dirl the head off the screw and then remove the thing then grip whats left with pliers and keep turning it till it comes out (turn it the same way you would take a screw out )

If you feel inside the boot where the bolt is, you will feel the back of the nut turning through the lining. Drilling the head off will still leave you with a stud that won't come out.

I tried with mine and in the end couldn't be arsed with the faffing around.

Bizzarly though I was trying to do it to make the inner section dirtier, I thought they looked naff as hell with the pink rubber bit showing through. Fortunately now though they are nicely scrubbed in and dirty as Miis Spears anyway Smile
