Hey,
When i bust a bit off my old helmet, 'something' spider, i emailed the company and they sent me the bit for free.

Maybe worth just sending a polite email, with your name and address attached.

Cheers,
Shaun.

Have a look at www.visorshop.com

I've not used them, but they're the first place that comes to mind.

It's called Customer Satisfaction. They treat you well, you remember that when you next go looking for a replacement.
It's not somethng that's practiced in the UK to the extent they do in (for example) the States where people and companies put a much higher value on customer relations. Over here, many retailers seem to think they are doing you a favour by allowing you to buy their goods especially in the motorcycle industry.

And what did it say ?

If you never got a reply phone and talk to someone then at least you know where you stand.

Try asking the bike shop you bought it from to see if they can get one in for you but I wouldn't expect it for free from them unless the lid is still under warranty. There's plenty of places selling spares so you should be able to get replacement part.

Look for AGV on Google and send them an email from their website, it is there and it is the very first result found for AGV helmets.

You should have rang them on the 21st Jan - you have nothing to lose by talking to someone.
