Hi,

I've been looking at buying some crash bungs for my GSXR 600 but a guy at work has said that i would need to cut my fairings to fit them ? Also i've seen fairing holesaws for sale on the same website as the crash bungs.

Does anybody know if i would have to use a holesaw on my fairings or is there just a bolt that comes off? I would check but i'm at work at the minute and can't see the bike.

cheers for help

Shaun

You can get crash bungs that you dont need to cut you're fairing to fit. Not sure if they go on every model bike though.

I saw the product in a bike mag somewhere. I will try to find out what it was.

Edit: Cant feeking find it.

I had some on my K7 750... just one side needs cutting, I think it was the right side... the left didn't need it.

yeah i just had a quick look on my break, and it looks like the right side has a bolt in the fairing that i'm told will come off to fit the bung, whereas the left side doesn't.

opposite sides to yours then?

guess i'll need to get a holesaw.
