Cool review mate Thumbs Up

Really think this is going to be Toseland's year.
Hopefully he'll get offered a decent GP ride for next year.

Decent is the important word there, since you're stuffed if you take a sub-standard bike in MotoGP. I think he'll be there next year though, hopefully on a factory ride.

Definately agree mate.
Theres no need to add to the list of brits that haven't really had a decent shot in GP's
Walker
Haslam
Hodgson
Byrne
Ellison

All very capable riders that never got the chance to show their potential.

Nice to see a bit of fairing bashing going on but I'm still of the unpopular view that Phillip Island isn't much of a circuit. For some reason all the commentators seem to love it but I'm not a fan at all.

Great to see Toseland continuing his run of good form, he certainly does seem to have his head screwed on right this year. Funny to see Bayliss hop onto the top step of the podium after race two; here's hoping JT will be breaking that habit over the rest of the season. Very Happy

I'd like to see JT stick with Honda if he moved on to GP. I read somewhere that Honda are keen to keep him in WSB as he is there sole winner in the championship. But i can think of at least one Honda GP rider who will be out of favour by the end of this season if the last test was anything to go by. but then, he has already proved consistently fourth place can win (dig). He would make a good team mate to pedrosa.

JT was robbed in the first race but showed he's really developed as a rider by taking race two. Good luck to him, bayliss wont go down without a fight though..All the better for us!!

Seems popular with the riders too. To be honest I can't believe that World Superbikes only has two rounds outside Europe! I find it staggering that they don't race in the US.

Hey, it worked for Hayden too... Don't forget that Bayliss rode one MotoGP race last season and led for more laps than Hayden did all season!

Anyway, Toseland's 47 podiums from 147 races is not a bad return.

They did race at Laguna a couple of years ago I think before they had a GP there.

Think I remeber reading somewhere that WSB might be heading back to the USA at Barber motor speedway.

Though you guys in the U.S. do have the AMA superbikes, which is bloody good too...But you are right, mabe they should do a few rounds over the pond would be good for the sport and for the fans.

Oi, less of that - I'm English and live outside Oxford! Shocked

I was thinking of the lack of global rounds - like one in Asia, the US, South Africa maybe etc. If I didn't live in England I'd be miffed that we've got three rounds this year! Laughing
