Hi guys,

Inevitably, i am having to sell my ZXR250 because it's time for me to upgrade my bike. The bike has been lovingly cared for over the last 2 years by myself and has had no expenses spared.

It's a 94 L reg with 32000km on the clock

It has recently had 700 quid thrown at it (reciepts of course), for
Arrow New front suspension seals
Arrow Rewiring/replacing electrics
Arrow New EBC Prolite disks front
Arrow EBC pads all around
Arrow Oil & Filter
Arrow Reconditioning the rear shock
Arrow Paint Job

Nice cosmetic touches

Black screen (from australia)
DIC 1 piece exhaust system
Clear rear lens with integrated indicators
New black/white paintjob (i've not notified the DVLA that i've changed the job yet)

I can be right in saying that i'm not going to make much from this sale, but the next owner will reap the benefits of this bike

However, you must be aware of the two major gripes of this bike. The speedometer mechanism broke last year and rather than finding the parts, i just fitted a cycle speedo to it, so i've done approximately 4000 miles on top of the 32000km indicated in the MOT certificate.

For an 13 year old bike, it is bound to have its fair scratches (unnoticale), but looks spanking.

A kawasaki zxr won't be a ZXR if it's not for the camchain rattle. It does go away when warmed up, but should be something to pick up on. I've got a quote from the garage for 120-250 depending on iif it's the camchain or just the tensioner. Or if you're pretty competent, you can do it yourself. Performance is not affected.

I also have a copy of a workshop manual for the bike.

It does have a datatool immobiliser which i think is better than having an annoying alarm.

Finally i DO have the 33BHP certificate and restrictor plates for the bike (which i chose to leave out because it doesn't allow you to rev the tits off the bike.
