Reserved for chav scumbags that steal crash helmets?
I was in a Birmingham bike workshop and some pikey retard sneaked in and made off with my hat, no doubt he has now converted into crack and smoked it.
This is a crime in my opinion equal to mugging 90 year olds.
Low life cunt.
Vale-Onslows were superb though and gave me a hat to get home with.

It always gets me when people leave their helmets and/or tank bags on their bike.

But, obviously that wasn't the case here, and that really is a low thing to do!

If you define a 'motorcyclist' as someone that rides a motorcycle, then you're wrong. Neutral.

Very sad. There used to be a code of honour amongst us. Worse than loosing the hat is thinking that the cunt that took it could be one of us.

Take it to Cash Converters, and get ten quid to buy a couple of rocks of crack with I guess.
And I am not 90!

That part of town is not a nice place now, there has been a recent influx of arseholes. I'd be in two minds about parking there (used to live along the stratford road), let alone leaving anything around unattended. For the record, the breakers up the way (RG spares) is fantastic, a bit standoffish until you get to know them but absolutely great and one of the last of their type. The back rooms and upstairs are an alladins cave for a custom builder/bodger.

We had saw off a couple of Chavs earlier that were trying to sell two security chains (guess they had nicked them from J&S on Digbeth). Len in the spares dept said there were three of them as they had gone in there first, I can guess what number three was up to while we chased the other two.

I was visiting my girlfriend before she had her own lid, so she was using my old battered spare, which i left bungeed on the backseat while i was taking care of business Razz. When i came out someone had nabbed it.

I can take confort in the hope that if they crash with it, they will hit the parts that i crashed in wearing it and fuck themselves... Karma

If your lid is stolen then you're screwed. It doesn't give you any right to ride home without a lid. I guess that means your bike will be stuck where ever it was parked until you get a new one.

Thats absolute crap! Stealing a helmet is beyond a joke. Hopefully the little scumbags will be filed under the "sodomized with a broken bottle" section of hell.

Stealing a helmet is... well the same as stealing anything tbh. As for code of honour, not a chance.

It absolutely sickens me that someone would stoop so low.... but unfortunately you're probably right about it finding its way to Cash Converters

Same shit happens at brands hatch at WSB weekend. Peeps git sloshed and crash out in their tent, some tossers come and steal their leathers and lids.

String em up.

When im camping i always either sleep on top of my kit, or keep it all in a hold all and attatch it with a wire lock to either my sleeping bag zip or my bike.

Which incidently is parked inside the porch area of my tent (after its cooled down thoroughly and doesnt smell of petrol anymore, is protected by a basic shock sensor alarm, a chain, and yet another trip wire connected to my sleeping bag Laughing

At an Ariel Club (AOMCC) annual rally ten years ago an inspection lamp (original and rare part) was stolen from a bike overnight.
It was never recovered but the point is we still talk about it. First and last theft I have heard of in the club.

Not at all, at the time we were both broke, and she couldent afford a new lid, so it was either wear the old one, and we take it easy... or take the train/bus... Now she has her own lid...

Well I seen an item like that on ebay a few weeks ago, it was on £200 when I seen it. ( think it day a few days left to go )

( it was called an inspection lamp)

I didn't know what it was so just went on to the next item, any ways its probably too late now for it to still be on there but it might off been the one ?

Could you describe it ?

It looked like a goldy brown ish colour and looked verry odd
thats why i wasnt interested in it ( pluss I dont know what it does or were it goes lol).
