https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/s/237/237166_60_fine__or_a_ticking_off.html

oh dear , speeding in mancs has two options:

#1 ,
3 points + £60 fine

#2 getting a ticking off by school children,

considering manchester school children all carry knives and UZis as standard equipment, good idea/bad idea?,

then from my POV I'd think the kiddies would just think you were a seriously cool dude, as was this other kid who I went to school with who was dropped off on a very early fireblade.

Being patronised by school kids is as painful as the normal punishment!

Trouble is, you go too slow down a street in Whalley Range, and you'll be busted for kerb crawling.

seems like the 2nd option is aviable so that you wont complain about the having to pay a £60 fine.
