I've noticed how slow sometimes BCF is in loading pages, but i'm wondering if there is there should be a function that allows a thread to be automatically deleted in the for sale section?

Arrow It'll be useful because the item is now "sold" - so ad no longer serves its purpose.
Arrow The amount of photos uploaded onto the site as a result will probably consume much of the bandwidth
Arrow There are still ads from 2002!
Arrow There's 150 pages of FOR SALE STUFF

Whilst i think that it may be impractical to implement such a clean-up, i think that the finding of irrelevant stuff will now be reduced and hopefully the site will run slightly quicker?

agree, the whole 'for sale/wanted' section should be 'cleaned up' with posts 'til late 2006 wiped off. but the other sections still have some interesting useful stuff in the old pages(i think) Thumbs Up

Old Thread Alert!
