For your own sanity please read the following and avoid my mistake

I placed an order for a moster chain and oxford cover with Bike Bitz UK. The cover arrived wrapped in brown paper with a torn cover and invoice stating both were sent. I contacted them immediately and was told they would investigate. Finally after three weeks they have refused to redeliver the item or refund the card and the owner has shouted abuse at me down the phone threatening to see me in court.

I have refused the charges from the credit card company today so watch this space.

For your own sanity please use someone that believes in customer service!

For your own safety do not buy an oxford monster chain, these can be cropped with ease and provide no real protection for your bike, thank you for listening.

For your own safety never tell anyone to avoid a certain company on the net.

It would be better to explain your case and let people draw their own conclusions so the forum admin doesn't get threatened with a libel action...

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
